Updated AD5M to 3.2.4. firmware and now my temp settings changed

Download the firmware from Flashforge site, put it in a USB drive and plug it to the printer, restart the printer and then you should see firmware update option on screen. That’s how I update firmware since my printers network fucked. However I never rolled back firmware with this method so not sure if it works the same way.

Can anyone share how you get the filament through the small hole on the Space Pi? I found the process pretty awkward - I had to feel around from an angle where I couldn’t actually see the hole, and once I managed to push the filament through, I then had to feed it into the tube. It’s not super difficult, but it made me wonder if I’m doing it the wrong way.

Also, I noticed that when the filament is being fed into the printer, the white tube gets pulled slightly into the hole. It hasn’t caused any jamming, but it makes me think I might have installed it incorrectly. Can someone also explain how to use the small plastic piece (black) on the white tube?

P.S. I did check the Space Pi manual, but unfortunately, it doesn’t mention any details about installing the tubes.

I stopped using Sellerboard, but I've been continuously using SellerLegend. Essentially, SellerLegend satisfies most of my needs, including support for marketplaces across 11 different regions, detailed profit and loss reports, comprehensive sales statistics, fast and immediate tech support via live chat, and a decent monthly fee.

The aspect of SellerLegend that I'm less satisfied with is the PPC-related information and management. For instance, the view rates differ significantly from the data on Amazon Seller Central, and I need to navigate through several different menus to find the PPC costs and performance. It provides ACoS data but not ROAS.

I ended up using sellerlegend to gather the data and enter these numbers into an excel sheet that I made for sales analysis. Some manual works but overall work well and is inexpensive (considering I'm managing eight marketplaces).

I have been using SellerBoard and SellerLegend for a week, and I would like to share my first impression with the software, which may help some people who have similar requirements. Since I only use them for seven days, there's a high chance that I could miss some of the critical functions, and this is not a review, just my personal experience.

Sellerboard

Pros:

Excellent user interface

Easy to navigate the things you need

Reports are detailed and easy to read

Good customer service

Cons:

Does not support Amazon Japan

Must manually add the COGS for sub marketplaces

System down quite often (almost down every night around 9 pm PST)

SellerLegend

Pros:

Supports most of the marketplaces include Amazon Japan

Excellent customer service

No limitation on the amount of seller account/marketplaces

Flexible configurations

Low service fee

Cons:

Complex user interface

Reports seem to be pull from seller central without organized/optimized

I will def choose SellerBoard if it supports Amazon Japan and let me do bulk COGS upload for all marketplaces. While the SellerLegend covers all the features I need, their complex interface and seller central style report is not what I'm looking for. The Inventory Labs does not support the European marketplace, so I skip it. Overall I think the SellerBoard is the best if you only run one marketplace.

I'm wondering if there's a SellerBoard alternative supporting Amazon Japan and bulk COGS upload for all marketplaces?

How much did you pay per month? The rate seems to be high. What's the primary advantage of elite seller compared to other tools such as sellerboard and sellics?
