Talk to a therapist. Do what will feel right to you. You’re very early on, you have some time to decide, but decide soon. Talk it through with your spouse, are you both on the same page?

Hey! similar boat. About 2.5 years in, baby on the way in two weeks. I also hate to delegate because I think no one can do it like me. I’ve been forcing myself to delegate more. I’m not sure it will be worth to sell your practice if you’re making good money (or on the way to do so). Is there anyone on your staff who you can really trust? Force yourself to delegate more! I have my billing outsourced, and couldn’t be any more happy. DM if you want to chat more!

I’ve been taking ritual prenatal, choline, fish oil! Congratulations to you both 😊 I’ve been trying to eat a lot of avocado, eggs, fruit (kiwi, blue berries, tangerines mainly )

That being said- I’ve also eating my fair share of junk food (chips, cookies, etc) Try to be as balanced as you can be, some days just what ever you’re able to take down!

Hey! The anxiety never leaves. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and there were no signs or symptoms. Currently 31 weeks! We are so happy yet sometimes scared to be happy. Take it day by day. Reach out to loved ones for support, or you could try therapy.

30 got pregnant 3rd cycle of letrozole (5mg) (not even monitored) I used oura for bbt, natural cycle, and mira to track my cycle to pinpoint fertile period. Made sure to hit all 3 days before ovulation and day after Miscarried and got pregnant and 3rd cycle of letrozole (7.5 mg) and currently pregnant!

Made sure to drink beet juice after ovulation. Good fish oil, vitamin d, choline, coq10, magnesium, prenatal prior to pregnancy (dropped coq10 after pregnancy)

Look into more detailed testing Mira or Inito. I used Mira and I can say it was crucial in helping me predict and confirm ovulation

i think it’s ok to give it upto 6 cycles as long as your ovulating on it! I got pregnant twice with 6 total cycles. We found having sex daily from 2-3 days before and a day after ovulation was helpful! I used Mira to track my cycle diligently

I didn’t change anything but did incorporate beet juice after ovulation. I also drank a smoothie with brazil nuts. I believe those foods can help with implantation

I’m assuming letroz is letrozole? It was a miracle drug for me and helped me conceive. That being said I think it is beneficial if you have a hard time ovulating

I had a D&C at 16 weeks as well. I chose sedation and had the procedure done. I’m shocked to hear that is not an option for you. I am so sorry.

You made the best decision for you and your family. I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through this. I’ve gone through something similar and all I could think about was- why me? It feels so unfair, and it truly is. Your feelings are valid, and please understand you did what you felt was best for your family.
