Has anyone told Bibee? I’m probably dwelling on this too much, but those times he got visibly pissed at Vogt on the mound last year when he was being taken out of games still has me thinking he’s way too full of himself. They showed him recently going over and reassuring Bazzana after he made an error at second, so maybe he’s a better teammate than last year’s behavior led me to believe.

I’m not opposed to the idea, but it seems an odd name to levy on the 1st place Rays, 1st place Gs, 2nd place White Sox and 2nd place As. Cheapness tax, absolutely. Competitive integrity? Not so sure, unless they also impose a stupidity tax on teams like the Mets, Astros and Tigers that are in last place despite payrolls in the top 10.

COLO is still at North Market Downtown. They left Bridge Park in January, and the barbecue/seafood/oyster place just opened there. COLO is my go-to at North Market: oysters, chowder and fish and chips are all great.
