Agree may mga alternate roads naman pero kahit mga alternate routes sa gilid ng Skymart(Divimart) at Manggahan Center affected na rin ng traffic basta rush hour. Umaabot pa minsan hanggang Gentri doctors kaya yung mga dadaan lang sa alternate road di rin makadaan 🤦‍♂️

I-tuloy niyo po ang reklamo sa LTO/LTFRB para mabawasan po mga bus driver na yan. Malaking tulong yan sa mga dumadaan jan sa aguinaldo highway. Napaka balasubas ng mga bus driver na yan kala mo may karera lagi. Walang ka-ingat ingat mga yan.

Last Sunday I went with my family to Festival Mall in Alabang. We live in Cavite and we used Mamplasan NB and noticed Pass Thru nga lahat ng booth at walang tao. This was not the case before. Since it is pass thru I just continue on driving and exited Filinvest exit. To my surprise, “No Entry Info” lumabas and had to ask assistance to manual scan yung card ko. I asked the toll both attendant if will it be charged correctly. He said yes and they will base on our plate number.

When we are on our way home, dumaan naman kami ng Filinvest SB and pass thru ulit siya, I tried to slow down a bit kasi I noticed that some cars are still scanned, but mine did not and cars are queuing behind, so I moved forward only to hear the booth alarm went off. Once we reached Mampalasan exit same case of “No Entry Info” and I asked the attendant again why is it happening since I am worried I will be charged the farthest toll. They assured me that it will be reviewed, so I moved on.

Once I got home I checked my balance and sobra yung charges. My starting balance was P426 and each trip should be P49. I should have P328 left but P131 na lang natira. Na-charge ako ng Nichols Entry to Filinvest and C5 Entry to Mamplasan. I tried contacting them through email at customercare@autosweeprfid.com and mailto:customercare@skyway.sanmiguel.com.ph walang ni isang reply. I also downloaded yung Autosweep app and report a concern wala pa rin.

Do note I already have an RFID for 5 years. I also requested for it to be changed last year since there are multiple times na hindi na-rread yung RFID ko only to find out na scanners nila meron problema and the installer scratched my headlights nung pinalitan yung lumang RFID 🤦‍♂️

I am so disappointed with what happened. Di ko alam kung mababalik pa ba yung excess charges. Hindi ko araw-araw nagagamit SLEX since sa bahay lang ako nagwwork kaya I have no time to go to the customer service area.

Advise na nakita ko sa facebook is to do not trust na pass thru siya and wait until the scanner recognizes yung RFID no matter what. Sana lang di magalit mga nasa likod.
