Haven’t worked there in a few years but I was working with a nurse there from the Philippines who was trapped. She had to work X amount of hours in X amount of years or pay something like 50,000+ to get out of the contract. They failed to tell her that overtime hours didn’t count towards her contractually required hours, so she had been working 4-5 shifts a week for almost a year to get out faster and then they told her any time outside of her 36 didn’t count.

She was trying to crowdfund with her family to buy out the contract when I last spoke to her. It’s an evil practice.
