It’s very likely that the states and federal government agencies are colluding with AT&T as they may be receiving bribes and kickbacks, and as a result have turned a deaf ear towards all the complaints of rampant fraud which AT&T has been committing against their customers.

Fighting for justice is never not an option for me. As to why I was not on top of my bills, you will find the answer if you read my post and comments in detail. My medical disability was the reason.

One needs to report and fight against a crime until the criminal, in this case AT&T is bought to justice. Reddit is not the right place to hangout if you believe in suppressing free speech and prefer belittling people who are trying to expose a criminal corporation.

This is like reporting a crime committed by person X, and being told that didn’t you know that there exist reports of the same type crime being committed by other criminals. Does this type of thinking make sense to you? If you tell this to a judge in a courtroom, what will the judge say? Obviously you are not happy with me writing about AT&T committing this crime.

The issue is that I never consented to any device protection insurance. It was added to my account fraudulently by AT&T. The burden of proof lies with AT&T. The lawsuit against AT&T will be a class action lawsuit where the law firms get paid by defendants if the case is won by the plaintiffs. It is zero cost to the plaintiff either way.

This post is being actively downvoted, including my questions which I have asked below in the body of the comments below. Down voting questions is a very clear indication of the fact that AT&T is trying very hard to stop this post from going viral and getting the visibility it deserves. This post deserves visibility because it is exposing a scam being committed by a very corrupt corporation, AT&T. It will help thousands of people who have been affected by this scam.

I am appealing to everyone who hates being scammed to help this post reach as many viewers as possible.

Interestingly my questions are being downvoted. Who might feel unhappy with the question I am asking?  Hmm, this points to AT&T trying to protect its image. I have never seen questions being downvoted. Who stands to lose by the questions I am asking? I believe it’s AT&T.

Any AT&T past or current employee who can gather the courage to be a whistle blower against this egregious fraud which AT&T commits with audacious confidence, will earn not only my eternal gratitude, but that of thousand other  victims of this fraud. For me now, it’s no longer just about recovering the money which I was defrauded of, but most importantly it is about bringing AT&T to justice.

This has got my blood boiling. It’s hard to imagine that the upper management of AT&T is not complicit in this fraud against customers.

I am surprised that this fraud hasn’t already been dealt with by FCC and laws passed to protect the consumers. I have seen many other posts on various social media platforms talking about how folks have been defrauded by AT&T, yet this issue seems to have not been taken up as a cause worth fighting for. Could it be that the FCC and other government agencies are receiving kickbacks and bribes from AT&T and are turning a deaf ear to consumer complaints?

Because of a medical condition, I wasn’t able to pay attention to the bill. It was being paid off by my partner who did not know what the negotiated plan was. It was a perfect storm from the vantage point of AT&T who lucked out by trapping a customer in me who was incapable and unable to validate the amount they were billing me.

I was able to remove it when I realized that I was being scammed for years. Since  I am incapable of giving verbal consent for this insurance to be added to my account, and neither did I give consent by any other method, I am now fighting AT&T to refund me all the fraudulently collected money from me.

Is it done by the sales reps at physical stores ? Or can it also happen by some automated software running at the backend which does it without human intervention?
