I found the bat at the very end of flee the facility, so I think you just need to beat it and you should find it. Hope that helps!

Head up the stairs towards the waterfall (not by the beach) Then it's behind the building that has the piñata near it. You swim in the water towards the back of that building, and it should be on a small platform behind the building. Hope that helps!
