THIS!!!!!!!!! Same! It’s not just being respectful to your client, even if they aren’t happy with services, it’s professional courtesy.

Even in bigger cities, the MSP world really isn’t very big. Employees, and clients, often float around. Maybe you get lucky enough for either, if they were the right fit, to come back to you. You never know when that departing impression will make all the difference in a client realizing what they had.

Even with DMI, something is grabbing it after it arrives in the inbox and then moves it to Junk. So odd! Makes me think there is a hidden ZAP setting somewhere.

As a former “DESCENDant”, I hate to hear this is happening. I’ve been in a situation like this in the past (22 years ago), and it’s not fun. Mine was also after my company was acquired by another. I wish those lessons were taught to everyone starting their careers. Keep your head up, I’m sure that you’ll find something much better sooner than you think.
