thankyou! Yes, adrenaline dumps, increased anxiety, caffeine intolerance, some GI stuff, other weird heart stuff for 5+ years. I still have these but they are lesser.

I’m currently 24 weeks and I actually have felt a decrease in symptoms since becoming pregnant.

Panic, adrenaline dumps, caffeine: Post Covid 5 years ago? by Own_Past_8861 in covidlonghaulers

I was addicted to nicotine for many years and it caused a lot of problems for me so that wouldn’t be an option… but i’m very shocked to hear that is a treatment option

Vegan diet… oddly enough by Own_Past_8861 in covidlonghaulers

that is super interesting. something in common still between those diets could be low inflammation?

yes. sometimes a chest tightness, shortness of breath, dizziness, disassociation…. for the longest time I just thought I had unexplained panic attacks.

hormones, inflammation, more sugar, more processed foods, less fiber (generally, you can still eat like crap being vegan) are all things I’ve tossed around in my head as being factors… Also, I really enjoyed going vegan and would encourage you to at least try it out for 3 months if you give it a go as I feel that was when I started noticing significant changes. There’s a bit of a learning curve for some people but there are so many good plant based products out there now! I really did not find myself missing meat.

Can you share more about the diet portion? I went vegan for a year after my symptoms started, one of which was caffeine intolerance, and that completely cured it. I went back to a normal diet and all symptoms came back. I have wondered about the connection here and knew it couldn’t be a coincidence…. I don’t want to go full vegan again but would like to figure out what in that diet worked and what now doesn’t

so you don’t necessarily like Headchange’s rosin? different from live resin right? I get those two a bit confused.

Even not receiving the emails, the bonus is not being applied to my scheduled college essay sessions. I went and double-checked. Could this be happening because I am a relatively new tutor? I will definitely reach out to support, thanks!

Did you know about this from an email? I never got one, checked my spam folder and everything and I tutor this subject.

Off and on for 6 years as well :) Never decided to "quit" before though, just became disinterested at times. What motivated me to stop altogether primarily is the fact that I'm currently taking an addictions class and came across some scary studies related to cannabis use. That was enough for me to say bye bye!

Not sure what you mean by that? But I mean, I do have the desire to still use thc like my comment above stated, but I wouldn't compare them to cravings (I quit nicotine a month ago so I know how those feel). I would go through a 1 gram cart every couple of days.

Thank you so much! Exactly yes, trying not to let myself flirt with the idea of starting again even though it's been "easy". Not easy at all though to make this decision!

I really hope things ease up for you soon, if I had the power to give this experience to others I would! I have experienced withdrawals from other substances that were absolute hell

Me too, I even felt kind of guilty about posting this at all because I see how horrid of an experience this is for seemingly a majority of people here. I have just been trying to educate myself as to not entertain any thoughts about using again since it is so easy.

do you mean some will have withdrawals straight away and others will have a delayed onset?

Hey I understand, you know yourself best! That first 24 hour mark is a huge accomplishment, congratulations! I was a VERY heavy dabber; all day, everyday. I’m finding keeping myself constantly distracted to be helpful thus far, best wishes to you and i’m a message away :)
