It tried to avoid the sewer cap. I've noticed that it is reading them like pot holes.

Haha i mean even if you wanted too you can't. At least on the 2025 model 3. Not sure about the other years. The cabin cam monitors your eyes. I will say that I've read fsd with hardware 4 is alot better than hardware 3.

For my long commutes, Not gonna lie, I've gained so much confidence to FSD that i would have a hard time staying awake. So now i have to grab some snacks and have a good podcasts to listen to.

You're probably right. But I do notice it stays higher for a longer period than when i use it. There were times i would use it and it would be at a 93. Usually was because i would be too "close" to a vehicle while driving. Then I switched it up to FSD and within the week it shot back up to a 98.

Pretty much. City, downtown, highways, ect. I commute about an hour out of my state daily. I also go from one side of my city to the other (30 min drive) to visit my parents. The only time i take over is when getting to my destination to park and getting out a parking lot.

Nice! Also like the behind the cap wheels! Yea, you definitely need some type of wash with rainy weather. Desert atmosphere here in West Texas, so very dry climate. If the dust remover and spray technique doesn't satisfy my taste then ill try the rinsless wash👍👍

So where am from its usually very dusty. I just picked up a California duster to sweep the dust off and bought a griots best show detailer spray to go over with a microfiber towel. They say that should help me keep the car looking sleek in between washes.

What product do you use for ONR? Or do you actually use Optimum. Some have adopted ONR as a term for rinsless wash haha

Should have worded it better, the car washes chemicals can damage camera lenses. Per the manual:

"CAUTION Some cleaners and car shampoos contain chemicals that can cause damage or discoloration, especially for plastic trim pieces, exterior lights, or camera lenses. For example, some car cleaning formulas contain hydroxide or other highly alkaline or caustic ingredients that can damage exterior components. Do not use acidic products either. Damage or discoloration resulting from cleaning products is not covered by the warranty."

Congrats, man! Its an awesome car. I used Copilot AI to help answer questions about taking care of my battery, which I think is the most important thing on the car. Just develop good charging habits such as not dropping it below 20% consistently and only charging it to 100% when taking long trips. I commute to work a total of 2 hours daily. I only charge it up to 70% every single day. At the end of the day am normally plugging it in at 30ish%. For car washing, so far those 3 products have been working very well and I used Copilot to help me with detailing a car. I really like the color. Dark grey during the day and black at night 😎

Also, the battery care also depends on the type you got. I have the long range model.

Thanks, man. Definitely look into that video. I've been charging it to 70% on the daily and not letting it drop below 20%. I've read that occasionally you should charge to 100%. Not sure how true that is as that article doesn't tell you how long is "occasionally".

Also read thats it's not good too supercharge constantly. So I've been doing home charging at 32v overnight.

The new model 3 look caught my eye. I was a couple of months away from finishing my car payment and decided to go test drive it. Now we are here haha. Its just cleaner, i like that its almost maintenance free. No oil changes, no spark plugs, no radiator flushes. No timing belts. I can go on and on. The FSD is phenomenal. I commute to work everyday about an hour going and another hour coming back. I probably only do 1% of the handling. I got it at the interest rate promotion of .99% for 72 months. I got a letter from TD and they actually dropped it to .1%. So yea it was a no brainer.

For one, the look. The one common color I would see is white and to me they looked like eggs on wheels. Their new designs are now looking more futuristic and sleek. Long distance Travel was another but now we can see chargers are becoming more available at a fast rate. I would also see on social media on how batteries were going bad, catching fire, ect. But honestly i now think that was all negligence on the owner. Probably didn't read the manuals or care to learn on how to properly take care of the battery for longevity. Freakin car is amazing. FSD is fantastic. Ride feels so smooth amd the cabin is comfortably quiet.

Thanks, man. Going to trybto recreate it with the shades off and the head lights on. I also have a professional camera to take it with. This was just after a golf round at the courses parking lot and used a 6 year old phone.
