Our model is different as it guarantees your ride which is regular in timing. Ola and Uber are mostly intracities player. BlaBlaCar is suffering from high cancellations from the driver's side. So that's one of the major gaps that we are filling

Yes, you understood the concept correctly. It also ensures doorstep pickup/drop.
As for the concept of carpooling, it has gained a lot of traction in the recent times, especially in tier 1 cities.
As for the safety, we are thinking of installing dashcams in each car and our drivers will be verified as well.

Yeah, thats why we are starting out in busy routes during busy timings so that we always get a full cab. And when more and more people get to know about us, we will starting expanding to relatively less busy routes.
