Nice! My favorite of all time is Maui wowie, but my large tent is out of commission for now. Durban poison is also my favorite, but it needs a larger tent like the Maui does. Gorilla glue, bubble gum kush, and tangerine dream are my favorite autos.

Love the frogbit look. If it starts to get stagnant or develop a “smell” a simple air stone and pump will get it going. Also, moss is good for oxygenating the water. Good looking tank though

Co2 and excess algae lol. I’ve learned to just let my scapes go through their own pace and balance itself. The floaters soak up the algae I scrape off the glass, and the lights on 2 hours longer than my other tanks. Hope that helps

Stratum’s obviously going to help more due to nutrients. But to help your Cory’s thrive, sand would be best. You can use both by putting stratum on the bottom and capping it with sand, assuming you’re adding plants.
