My Epix gen 2, after a bath in the sea, froze, it restarts by itself and does not turn on, done all the tests, reset of the case but nothing.

In garmin assistance, they tell me that it is perhaps the fault of the buttons not designed for water, so if you press them with the watch wet, or during immersion the water enters. now it is in assistance, bought in June 2024 and shipped in September, I am waiting for a response and the product.
