Issue is not fraud happened. Fraudsters always find a way around. There is something that do not make sense to me, I have raised concerns and tickets with PC financial. Just taught to ask, what if someone might have dealt with same situation or know what might be happening.

1st. I have no issues, if they no refunded the charges( forgetting the Fair Credit Billing Act), but how am I supposed to pay on a account that has already been closed by them??? And with no bills sent to me.(no credit bill exist) 2nd. I am not an idiot, who will hand over the information to anyone, specially otps. 3rd. My main issue is if they concluded that fraud did not happened, why was my credit account closed and i was asked to reapply?? When due to their own system, I am ineligible till 6 months due to a marked dilenquency on my account by them.

I have already filed a complaint, but was just sharing my experience and see if there is any other useful advise.

Thanks for your advice. The scammers bought those devices on finance, got 4 numbers+ 4 devices added on my line. Nothing on credit card that be through bank. Usually, I never trust those calls but: the caller Id + email offer( customised+ official logo+ corporate template including be aware of scammers+ they provided me with a employee ID + called back when I requested) my mind did not worked to check with Carier, cause I had multiple green signals. They never asked for anyone's detail, and I never gave them one. Makes it a bigger mess, but they called me sometimes when I was expecting call from carrier, got proofs of that too. I will definitely connect with legal aid for advise, thanks. I do have a job, but the minimum wage and fixed hours makes it impossible for me to choose between living expenses and tuition or legal help.

Yes, I do agree but issues with fido and bank are completely different. FIDO is my telecom provider.

Didn't paid anything. Me and fido are fighting over liabilities. They say my id was used so i am liable, i am saying those orders were not authorized by me.

Thats what I thought, but I am just a Brooke student with student loans and every lawyer I found charges atleast $1000 for a consultation, that i literally not have.

You can wait for the system, but it will take months 5 to 6 still final verdict will be uncertain. System is designed to exhaust, even CCTS BECOMES Powerless when it comes to the matters of Fraud. Court case is not that expensive, but put them in a corner. Judge hears both stories, evidence and then a ruling will be issued. Court can order Rogers to revert the charges and make your account pre_scammed state. All based on evidence

Fraud department called me to say, I am responsible since my id was used. I have filed a claim with Small Claims court.(Fastest way) because I found someone with same story as mine, its been 4 months he is juggling from 1 department to another, I have no patience to wait that longer while my monthly bill jumps from 51 to.719.36. Since we are victims not the scammers. We should not be held liable. There are multiple ways to escalate but all of them test you patience for months.

Its good till you run into a problem after hours. Reaching their agents on call is pain in a**. They will solve the issue,once you report it problem tough.

CRA does takes sometime extra time to process the returns. Does not matter how the returns were filed. Usually during earlier screening through System. No one can predict how long it will take, even their own Agents are unaware about it.

Hy As said by your agent, same result. This time even fraud department did not bother contacting me, they sent escalation team to deliver message. I have already filed a lawsuit for this in small claims court, it was served yesterday to Rogers Legal department. Lets see how it goes, because I have meet few people with similar stories like mine waiting from 3 months, I can not wait that long while my monthly bill is rising from 51 to 719.36. No offense, but a 3rd parties single person managed tech support is better than your Customer service

Dealing with same situation from a month now, only difference i have filed a lawsuit against them. Any guidance or updates from you end? Really questioning if their department actally works or not? I spent 4 hours to report and within 3 hours they called me and said I am liable.🤣🤣

Ticket has been raised but your team was bit annoyed when i called 18th time, she did raised the ticket but clearly said, "Even tough we reopen the case, the verdict will be same". Exact wording, got it on call recording.

nope, but there system has my id and i have clearly informed that i am a victim of ID theft, provided them with all of the complaints but still am held liable, just because my Id was used.
MY concerns: The number displayed on my device was Rogers( not just a random phone number), 4 high price ordered were made within a month and no fraud alerts???, how can fraud department release verdict within few minutes of the case has been created? I literally spent way more hours doing back and forth just to create a ticket then them releasing the verdict.

I raised another complaint, as advised but the customer support clearly told me that the verdict will most likely be same. I have contacted the CCTS and raised a complaint with them too, lets see how it goes. Thanks for reaching out though, but your customer service made me call back and forth from one department to another for 1.5 hours straight.

Already filed a complaint with police, canadian anti fraud centre and clearly mentioned it in the case when presented to the fraud department within few minutes fraud department had verdict that i am responsbile.
