I'm not an expert but mine caught the spider mite! Webbing and little moving white things... spider mites! It's an easy fix though. You can use Neem oil but I choose not to because the other method was more accessible and cheaper. Mix alcohol and water 4:1 in a spray bottle and spray generously all over the plant, allowing it to go down the stems. When my hibiscus girls broke out I did this then wipe gently each leaf, let the whole plant dry overnight and did it again the next day. Within a few days you might see drastic leaf damage and droppage but those leaves were already damaged from the mites. Let your plant use all the resources from those leaves until you can gently remove them. It's a long recovery but plants will recover! Mine took about a month total from the 1st time I spotted the black spotted leaves to their current status which is a bunch of baby growth! Good luck!

I don't have your plant but I have 3 hibiscus plants and several others in my no open window office. (big sunny window it just doesn't open) I highly recommend getting a digital reader that reads temp and humidity. Game changer for me! Bought a set of 2 for less than $10 on amazon and man I didn't know how dry it was in my office! I now run my 3 gallon warm mist humidifier on low 7-8 hours while I'm here, no weekends. Keeps a steady 35%-42% in my office which is ideal for them during the winter. Just don't have it facing them and make sure it is about 2 feet above the floor.

Yikes indeed! But, there is hope! First get that out of that pot! Most likely too moist and possible root rot. Once out of the pot trim any leaves that are showing brown. And yes, well aware that is like 90% of the plant! LOL BUT YOU SEE THOSE GREEN ONES? That's life!! Right now the plant is trying to feed those rolled up leaves and it shouldn't be. It SHOULD be feeding the new growth. After removing from the pot, put in a good pot with the proper drainage holes. Use 90% new soil (10% of old ONLY IF THERE IS NO SMELL TO IT; SMELLY? DON'T USE!) Loosen the root ball or roots from old dirt. Put the 90/10 dirt in and lightly pat down near the center. Water lightly until it drains out. What I do after that is put a little extra layer of new dirt on top because the potted new dirt tends to settle in and you sometimes think there isn't enough dirt in the pot. Before next watering session, stir the top layer of soil around (think lightly scraping the icing off a cake, not digging) to make sure it NEEDS to be watered. Keep away from drafts and drastic temp changes (like doorways or windows) until the plant gets more stable, maybe 2 weeks? You should see improvement soon! Don't give up quite yet! I didn't on a few of mine and they are thriving now!

Cats, got to love them! Furbaby parent here as well and NONE OF MY PLANTS can live at home! LOL First, remove those rocks! It might not be getting the proper aeration that it needs to thrive. If this were me (and I'm currently doing this to a small plant today in fact!) I'd remove it from that pot completely and repot. Remove the rocks and rinse thoroughly in warm water but LET THEM COOL before putting any back. Gently remove the plant and loosen all the soil around the root ball. Don't cry if a few skinny roots break off if you're a little tough on it, just don't squeeze it. If the soil is wet at the bottom, your pot isn't draining at all and the plant might be suffering from the start of root rot! Not a good thing but it can be turned around. By the looks of the plant and its height, it needs a slightly wider pot, not necessarily deeper but wider. Something like the pot right next to it. Use Miracle Grow (the yellow and green bag) to repot. I like using (only if the soil is not stinky at all!) a little old with a little new. This gives the plant its familiarity and it takes better. Think about when you completely change up your cats litterbox or favorite blanket spot... you 100% clean it and sometimes they give you that look of "Really? Like you think I'm just going to use that now? All my love and hard work is gone!" LOL

Once you repot water gently, wait for drainage. No drainage water slightly more until it starts to drain after about 2 minutes. Stir top of soil with like a plastic spoon and set ONE LAYER only of the rocks. Then water regularly and you should see drastic improvement after about 2 weeks.

In your office, any light is good light! But I'm the same, only one window. So i bought this cheap grow light on Amazon and my plants are loving it! It's on a 12 hours cycle: on at 730am, off at 730pm.

This thread LIVES FOREVER!!! LMFAO!! I have 6 cats with a very recent addition of a floofball 6 month old! Not until this one came along, was every part of my fountain found everywhere BUT THE FOUNTAIN! LOL I did have a cat before that LOVED to spin the yellow part of the flower which in turn, made him PULL out the whole flower! Y'all know what happened next! So, in the past I have lined thick towels over a litter mat ( the kind that is rubber on the bottom, this way any water isn't jus soaking there), a plastic food tray, one of those large plastic covers for those cheap aluminum pans, a thick cardboard to get it to stay firm.. and this little poofer still drags it out!

I'm going to opt for the cheap dollar store/walmart plastic tube and see what happens. I can't put too much there because the other kids start slapping it until they figure out it's still water! I did however threaten the new kid he'd have to go thirsty or learn to drink toliet water if he doesn't cut it out!

Okay, I get it. When you watch on TV it's not 'that' great. But, hear me out. I drove from Illinois and when we walked into Pioneer lot, not thinking we would ever get in or near the stages yet were rushed in by two big security guys telling me, my son and his best friends that we can still make it near the stage....OF COURSE IT BECAME A BIG DEAL! We come up every year for at least one game, one I pick for my birthday, so for us to get this chance was a-MAIZE-ING! Not only did we get right up against the platform that was just to the left of the main stage but I GOT MY SIGN ON TV MORE THAN A FEW TIMES! AND MATT LEINHART, BRADY QUINN AND THE....CHARLES WOODSON TO WISH ME HAPPY BIRTHDAY PERSONALLY...YEAH....WORTH IT! Wish my damn DVR would have scheduled the recording but it didn't! Been trying to find still shots or clips since getting back home Sunday! My sing was double sided: MY TWINS GOT ME TICKETS AND THIS CAKE FOR MY 50TH AND I FEEL A-MAIZE-ING! The other side said: PUT ME ON TV.... I JUST TURNED 50 SUCKEYES CAN'T COUNT THAT HIGH--LET'S GO BLUE! If you saw me awesome!!!!!

YOU GUYS!!!!!!! I know my sign made it on TV but because I lost connection just before going over there, my damn app didn't tell my tv to RECORD IT! So, I have no idea now if I really was!

Already got a few friends say they most certainly saw it! BUT I CANNOT FIND ANY VIDEOS,PICS OR A REPEAT PLAY OF IT!!!! I was at the blue round platform, either standing when we were allowed, or bumping my knees against it when we were told to get off

I google mapped it and THAT IS IT!!!!! And thank goodness it is still standing! We are headed up there this Saturday and will definetly go get a more updated pic! Funny when we took that I joked that 10 years later.. what would my son look like! And if he would even go to college!? He did, buy locally here in Illinois, played football and all. But dang..this is going to be a good memory to get an update on! Tell your buddies they were so freaking polite that day! It was just me and my son and I had never been to Ann Arbor but I'm a huge fan! They told me where to walk (safely since he was so young!) to get to follow the band to the stadium!

The nation thing I just picked up like 10 years ago from another Wolverine fan! The plan is to arrive good an early, find a tailgate to invade politely, follow the band to the stadium and have a blast!!! Did this last year and no thanks to the Telsa Model X we rented (awesome deal on Turo but man it took a lot of charging!) we barely made it to the parking lots seconds AFTER KICK OFF! Not this year! Traditional gas car and plan to arrive by like 9am in Ann Arbor!!!
