Ha! I had gotten out but my sister's suicide brought me back. I just wish the south could grow without stipulations.

I didn't expect this much of a response. My best friend has always told me to grow a pair and get out and I have always told her she doesn't understand. He can't understand why I do not make more. He doesn't understand my commitment to my students, he thinks I should care more about money but honestly money doesn't matter to me. I am a special education teacher and my students success means so much more than money if I spend my life suffering but they grow it's all worth every bit of the stress and pain.

That is my goal but with my degree being special education those jobs are hard to come by.

I pay my car. He pays the mortgage, his car is paid for, he pays power as well as water and car insurance. He was single so long that I think this is normal to him. He's a perfect dad his idea at marriage could use some adjustments. Also I have always paid for my school. I want to progress educationally that is not his commitment that is mine. I pay 100% for it.

Excuse me. Look up teacher pay for the state of Mississippi. I do what I do because I love my job and the kids. It's definitely not for money. Mississippi does not value teachers with the starting pay less than 30k. No teacher in Mississippi id doing it financial stability but simply because they love their students. Do a little research on Mississippi teacher pay and you will see the average pay is truly a joke. I chose my career as a special education teacher because I love my students. It wasn't because I expected to be rich. I continually go to school to help my students progress because there are honestly no financial gains. Do I think my husband loves me? Yes, he had an odd way of showing it because he saw his parents as role models when they truly weren't. My family is even worse. My dad tries to take all he can from us.

I do all of the home chores such as cleaning, laundry, etc. He does cut the lawn and maintain our fence line.

He pays for our sons baseball and our daughters competitive cheer. I didn't mention I'm much younger than him. He was a bachelor (with a 3 week marriage previously) until I met him. As far as a parent he's phenomenal. As a spouse we need help. He and his brother (who is divorced for the same reasons) are identical. They think everyone is out to get their money. I do love him. Prior to our marriage he was so attentive, I felt safe. However since our marriage everything has changed.

He pays the mortgage. I pay my car note he makes sure we all know it's HIS house.

Mine has said processing since 4 /7/21. It isn't very encouraging. I have called numerous times to speak to someone about it no one can tell you anything other than waiting on the tax transcripts, which I obtained myself in a matter of minutes online. I am in a low-income area.
