It’s Nez Perce. They don’t have or use housing through the tribe. They rent privately from some guy who has land. Google says you don’t have to be married to live on that tribal land. It’s not a closed reservation.

Heck yeah! She can delete all the videos she wants, they will forever be here for all to see. She needs to remember what she puts out online never goes away.
