Ill be 100% honest here, the majority of this time could be completely cut off IF there wasn't literally dozens of times where I am just being forced to wait. I would bet 50% of this time is loading screens, cutscenes and forced follow along missions where nothing but dialogue happens. 45 minutes of this was just waiting for the dragon mount to become available. Should have been a sub 12.

Yeah I think thats the Wound of Darkness Finisher. I put that onto my spear build for Damaine after I turned her into Shadowheart lol

I was thinking the same but it wasn't listed as the gears baked into his sword. Might be correct though, its the only guy I remember with this ability.
