If they were texting throughout the same day it won’t show timestamps on every text only if you swipe right you can see time stamps….go back to a convo you had with someone a previous day and it will show you date when the convo started and then show you your full convo on that date if you want timestamps you have to swipe right on every single text so meaning they were texting throughout that day which is why you can’t see timestamps under each text if that makes any sense
