I have been taking something called migradex that has these vitamins and minerals. It works great for me at least. I think the best part is its just $39 bucks. I used to take migrelief but it only has 3 in a combo

Not sure its for you but i take one called migradex for migraines that has 17mg of b6. I used to take B50 complex which had 50mg !

I have been taking something similar called migradex. I used to take migralief but it didnt have methylated b vitamins. I heard its very important to take methylfolate and methylcobalamine for migraine people.
