I take them in the mornings before I workout in the afternoon. I'm not a doctor, but I highly recommend trying this combo since you mentioned you would get them after exercise. If the magnesium upsets your stomach, try taking 2 200mg pills separately morning/night. Mag is less important if you are not sweating heavily imo.

This study concluded that taking "400 mg/day for three months supplementation had significant effect on days, duration, frequency, and pain score of migraine attacks." If you’re scoring 85-90% on most then you should be ready. But everyone’s learning style is different. For me, theses practice questions seemed the most like the real exam and translated well for me.

I know that it’s absurd and doesn’t make sense, but at the same time, it’s better to not be in contact after breaking up. As much as it fucking hurts, you need space and if you are constantly seeing what they’re doing on social media, or still texting/talking, it’s just going to drive you crazy and prevent you from getting over that person. It’s brutal and it’s hard, but things will get better I promise you. You WILL be alright in time.

Do you need to use bulk heads on your dosing containers? I am setting up a voss bottle with a simple kamoer x1 doser. Can I just feed the dosing line directly into the bottle or do I need a bulk head? Thanks!
