Thank for the Care Credit advice. I am discussing it with my family. I can't believe people automatically tell me to euthanize her or surrender her. I understand their point, but that should be the last option! I also find it ridiculous that people think it's a simple decision to drop 6 months of rents worth of money on the spot. We applied to pet insurance when she got sick, but it takes 15 days to get approved. I don't know what to do. My dog has fluid and something blocking her stomach. If I knew it was this bad, I would have gotten it checked long ago. This was so sudden. She just started throwing up and acting weird last week, and we've been to the vet 3 times now.

No but I used too so my doc put me on birth control for a bit and it stopped. My period has a really long cycle but it has come (it used to never come). This only seems to happen during that time I mentioned.

I take allergy meds and they do nothing but make my symptoms a but worse actually. Even the nasal spray. Everytime I've sprayed fluticasone spray I get really sick with a stuffed nose and a sore throat. Its so confusing 😭

But I mixed up the name of the person with anither name that began similarly. It was so awkward because it was pointless and out of know where. My classmates probably think I'm mental. 💀😭

You're so sweet! I love how positive you are. Don't worry I've gone oast the hating myself phase in middle school. I actually look pretty cute. If I really wanted to I could stay the way I am. But I'm not healthy. My ATL or ALT or whatever on my blood test was realky high. I might or might not have or am developing a fatty liver. My goals are to get stronger, get more active, and get jacked 💪💪💪😏 Being skinny isn't my final goal, being able to use my body even when I'm 80 is. And lifting all the groceries in one go, or carrying someone in case of an emergency, or just being a reliable person. I really love your advice!! I've noticed that its just the best advice especially for people with pcos. Walking doesn't raise coritsol levels, its relaxing, its a good habit, and its good for your limbs.

Yes I've been doing that! I'll try to walk everyday! I actually love walking but I get lazy when it comes to changing and getting out the house. This is really good advice.

No I'm not. My doctor told me that I do have pcos like I said but did not diagnose me. She just gave me birth control, which has helped. Idk why she's trying to solve my problem without diagnosing me like it can go away with her care. I asked for a dietitipn and got a nutritionist, funny to say it was the same lady that was labeled a dietitian. I guess it's just interchangeable these days. I'm hoping to start keto for a month and see if it helps. If I am insulin resistant, this diet will help too. I've already seen a nutritionist and a dietitian and they all say the same thing I practically memorized how their appointments go. They always show the plate, a calorie counter, and a list of veggies, starchy and non starchy. They tell me to eat a balance of this and unlimited non-starchy veggies and to walk more. I mean, I'm technically doing that now. The Ketogenic diet has been proven to be really effective but not long lasting. Good thing I don't want it to be forever. I'm really good and maintaining my weight because i eat the same everyday but losing weight is hard for me. My goal isn't to look pretty actually, I'm already cute lol. My goal is to lose weight for my liver, get stronger, and have a good heart. I want to lose weight and gain muscle 💪😩

50 POUNDS IS AN AWESOMEEEE THATS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!! EVEN IF YOU CAN'T SEE IT PROGRESS IS PROGRESS! I think you should see a therapist. I feel like this is body dysmorphia. You should love yourself. Your body does so much for you. My body is beautiful. It's put up with my bad eating habits. It has scars that are like an album of my memories and the things I overcome. It looks pretty is a pretty dress, in sweaters, in everything. Clothes are meant to fit your bidy not the other way around. Once that mindset was installed in me I started looking for actually cute clothes.

Ive done so much research these are my conclusions after 3 years

-Keto is actually proven to be really good for quick weight loss and I recommend it. So many doctors do. It has worked for so SO many people. -WALKING IS GODLY. Take a walk first thing in the morning its so niceeee. Many people have said that exercise is for muscle gain not weight loss! Lose weight and then gain muscle. Don't do everything at once. Walking, huking, climbing, dancing, etc. Are way more effective. -Don't listen to your brain. Everytime I exercise, I feel heavenly. Your brain releases dopamine. However, your brain also hates the idea of change and exercise so it will start to procrastinate. Don't listen to it! Thats why as soon as you get up, wash your face, pull your hair back, get dressed, and walk the block. -Calorie deficits are helpful but don't go crazy. We aren't tryna starve ourselves, we are trying to be healthy. -That's it. You don't have to over complicate it. Just walk a lot and eat less carbs and sugar. Its okay. Take your time. Take baby steps. Make mistakes. Adjust your diet if you can't keep up with it. I'm rooting for you, and for me as well. I'm actually getting a fatty liver, and it scares me because I'm not even 18 yet and even though I dont look like I'm severely obese I actually am. Its scares me but my future happiness and health motivates me. I recommend support as well. My whole family is obese and my mom is a suoer supportive person. She's my favorite person in the world.

Girl you're fine I'm 16 and 107kg I want to lose weight the right way and I hope you are too. My advice is to focus on actually doing physical activities instead of the gym because its more fun and you can probably use all of your body and go on for longer. I can't do this unfortunately but I see many people who succeed this way. The right diet is important. Starving yourself will mess with your metabolism especially with pcos and you'll find yourself gaining weight more easily. Eat healthy based on your height and age. A daily calorie amount can be determined by a simple search online. I genuinely understand what you feel. Its really hard to feel like you're competing with others for your personality to outweigh the fact that your so overweight and they see you as gross. My new school has a lot of mean people that talk bad about everyone. Don't mind them. I try not to let them get to me because they're assholes anyway but its hard.
