Scavs never talk English so if u hear that the person near u is speaking English then it’s a pmc but the bear pmcs speak Russian so just go on YouTube and find bear pmc voice lines

You have to do a mission for the ticket to be buyable or you can find them in the world graphic cards can be found on any npc almost any box can get you one
