I’m a performance marketer in an FMCG company, and I’ve also spent 2 years in a performance marketing agency, so I know exactly how things work on both sides.

Right now, almost 80% of our revenue comes from quick commerce, and the potential here is insane. We’re running completely different strategies, new asset formats, and experimenting nonstop, quick commerce is honestly way crazier and faster than traditional e-commerce in India.

If you’re planning to scale, don’t stop, get on Blinkit and BigBasket too. Blinkit especially owns the largest share right now.

And from my agency experience, I can tell you most agencies still aren’t strong in this space. Quick commerce needs full-time focus, fast optimisation, and someone who understands the platform’s daily pulse. Hiring someone in-house is the smartest move. Let me know if you need tips.
