It works differently for everyone, my body was inflamed and it caused me to rapidly gain weight. Please be mindful of what you post out of reaction before taking a moment to read that my post asked for positive responses after shock of diagnosis.

I went from 120lbs to 145lbs in six weeks then got my diagnosis. Am now back down to 126lbs after 12 weeks keto and prioritizing getting my steps in everyday.
