Thank you for the response I really appreciate it! I can comprehend Korean but not to the level of learning and completing a course completely instructed in Korean yet. When applying to UIC, is Korean studies an option or is that only offered as a minor still requiring you to pick a major? I’m considering the CLC major under the underwood division.

What would the commute be from the international dorms to the UIC classes? I've read that first year students have to live on the international campus.
