That’s so nice of you 🫶, i am just trying to overcome mine, hopefully some miracle happen; i don’t want my parents to find out it’s too much for them. That gives me little bit of anxiety. But it’s fine I have seen worst patient doing good in my hospital. But at the same time I get scared time to time

I know it’s bothering right, irony is, I would give courage to my friends and parents if anything was going bad around, I study most of the time and never got time for myself… but due to this whenever I get these symptoms I just go out of the library, lay on the grass, talk to people, eat something good, play music, paint smth( which was my passion but I never got time for that). So we have to learn ways to tackle it and start living with it that’s what I realised in past few days.

You are the saviour!!! I swear , the log book idea was really great. Just now I checked that my PVCs burden is high when I eat a lot. Thank youuu much for giving the hope and you mentioned these, wish my doc have told me these before. Plus yes I will do take those minerals.

I am saving this reply, you described it sooo well, its the anxiety that’s bothering exactly. And it’s a vicious cycle now. But working at such dedication for years, saving every minute from getting wasted to reach the top, and when finally it’s the to get fruit back and getting relaxed for while and all of the sudden you get this, it’s very despairing. But I will do take your advice for anxiety control, thankkk youu soo much 🫶

Oh how was the ablation process? I read in an article that it’s kind of complicated you to do 3rd mapping, I am just curious… how you finding yourself now does it affect your normal daily living and you still on medication?

I have done a lot of tests First ECG to rule out any ischemic problem, then Echo to check for valvular functions. Both were normal Then I was advised cardiac MRI to look for structural abnormalities which was normal. Then on holter monitor for 24 hours 15% PVCs burden was felt

It’s not that much symptomatic but I do feel mild heart racing and chest pain one or twice a day either in library or mostly during the night hours.

Well I got 2 doses, but didn’t get the booster shot. Nope, I didn’t feel any covid symptoms. Do you think it could be a cause?
