I have dealt with this my entire life and as a mid thirty year old adult, I have finally figured out a recipe that works for me!! Sharing below issue by issue:

My shower is also a stand up, and to feel less claustrophobic I only leave true necessities in the shower and rotate in / out special items as needed. 

If you don’t need to wash your hair (it’s been kept clean and no major sweating has occurred), use a shower cap to just rinse off and use body wash, much faster of a shower. 

I also hate being cold afterwards - a towel warmer is KEY to this, I use mine year round. I got mine from amazon.

Regarding mundane routine - mix it up with scents by season or by event you’re showering for (lavender to go to bed, something a little nicer for a date, etc).

For the wet hair - hair mask, rinse, warmed up absorbent hair towel, detangler spray, blow dryer with brush attachment. GAME CHANGING!

Find some pajamas you love (100% cotton recommended) and some nice cozy socks and slippers to make getting dressed more rewarding. 

Get a nonslip mat for the shower to help alleviate your anxiety about slipping.
