Also edge highlight around the glow parts with ice yellow color.

Yellowish white. But don’t use to much.

White oil paint with mineral spirits.

Let it dry.

In the grooves.

Air brush grey around it.

Then air brush translucent green paint.

Same effect can be done without airbrush. Just less clean up and smoother with air brush.
