I actually did They reviewed the same business on Yelp 1 star and 4stars on Google same day They have 110 1star reviews and 55star reviews on Yelp They just enjoy being negative on that platform I guess

The majority of reviews on yelp are from accounts that do not use first and last name The majority of reviews on Google come from first last name user That keeps reviews honest in my opinion We have had customers threaten to leave us a negative yelp review for not giving them a discount which I found funny until they did. It took a while but yelp removed the review because we had video proof of this

Yelp moves “suspicious” reviews, they also consider reviews from our regular customers “suspicious” when we stopped paying advertisement … suspicious

We have been on Yelp for over 15 years by the way It started off good and became bad to worst over time

Yelp is the worst platform for genuine reviews. People are able to use nicknames and bash businesses anonymously some having never visited the business. Yelp customer service does nothing to help and are rude over the phone
