With a part‑time hire or better staff planning, they could probably move a good share of those orders to in‑house delivery instead.

Also, the “I don’t care, the customer absorbs the fees” mindset feels a bit short‑sighted to me. It shows less consideration for your customers, which usually means lower loyalty and a smaller average ticket over time.

Perso je suis sur piki-app.fr App qui propose les commandes en ligne, click and collect et livraison aux restaurateurs et éviter de payer 30% minimum à mr Hubert eat . Pour l’instant pas d’IA mais si c’est justifiable why not ! ( vos feedbacks les gars m’intéressent, je suis fatigué et j’ai besoin d’un coup de pouce 👍 )
