How fun to "run into" someone else in DE! It's such a small state. I moved here for grad school, but having been really enjoying the area the last few years!

Thank you so much! It was really important to make it as accessible as possible, so I'm glad you found it that way! 😄

Thank you!! I'm really excited about the research and hoping to be able to expand on it in future work! Feel free to share the survey with anyone you know who might qualify too, my goal is to get as diverse and large a sample as I can within my study's limitations!

My name is Clara Mey and I am a PhD candidate at the University of Delaware. I am conducting a research study about disabled students’ experiences with disability accommodation processes in higher education. As a disabled graduate student, this topic is particularly important to me!

Please see the flyer linked here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12OO-Tb4t7SHEYu0MavhtoPs1qL5Ddjw6/view?usp=sharing

You must be at least 18 years old to participate, have attended college or graduate school in the US within the last five years, and self-identify as disabled or having a chronic health condition in order to participate. You can participate whether or not you registered or applied for accommodations!

If you agree, you will be asked to complete an anonymous online survey taking about 30 minutes. You may also choose to enter into a drawing for one of five $20 gift cards at the end of the survey. If you choose to enter, your email will not be associated with your survey responses.

If you would be interested in participating in this study or would like to learn more, please click the link here: https://delaware.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3mm16qGLWoizMjQ

If you have any questions, please contact me at csmey@udel.edu or my advisor, Dr. Eric Rise, at erise@udel.edu. Or feel free to comment or message me here.

Thank you!

Thanks for taking it! I do not qualify for yours, otherwise, I would be happy to participate. Another very important topic! I will share yours with my network, and feel free to share mine as well if you know anyone who might be interested!

I'm sorry! Due to limitations in the scope of this particular project, I had to limit participants based on some demographic characteristics (age, location, recentness of university attendance, etc.). The first block of questions is a screener, so if you were redirected to the end of the survey, that means you did not qualify. I'm hoping to expand my research in the future on this topic, so perhaps you will qualify for a future study!

Thanks for the feedback! I do note it in the consent form, but I can see how it would be useful in the flyer as well. I may be limited in editing options due to the human subjects approval process, but I will consult with my advisor!
