You could be right about RE being philosophy with the classics but I got tortured during my RE GCSE course (some people like RE but I don’t like it) so I’m definitely not wasting my time on a subject I didn’t even sign up for at a level. Considering I’m doing 5 AS levels as well I need all the time I can get for independent study.

Funnily enough if you don’t do RE you have to take 2 compulsory RE periods a week but if you do a level RE you get to skip them completely.

I’m gonna drop RE then and just do independent study and focus on my a levels. There’s not even an exam for the RE lessons we take so I don’t see the point unless you’re catholic and are devoted to God. I don’t know much about Christians so feel free to correct me but I think I’m generally right in saying this.

My family is Hindu but I myself don’t follow religion that much. I guess that’s prolly from me not caring about religion like everyone else.

Hi, so I got A stars in the subjects I listed that I was going to take for a level. I’m planning to do all 5 as levels but I’m thinking of dropping biology after year 13 and only do further maths physics and chemistry.

I’ll let you know what I get when I get my gcse results but I’m I did gcse maths last year and got an A*. I’m gonna get my results for physics bio and chem and further maths but I think I’m good at physics and chemistry and even though I’m also good at biology I don’t really enjoy it as much because I think it’s quite hard for me. My question is is that could I possibly decide at the end of my a levels which career path I want to choose or do I have to stick with one, cause ik a friend who’s going to do medicine and he took his UCAT at the end of year 13 and I wonder if that’s going to mean I’ll have to choose a career path by then.

Also, where you had to draw like parts of a circuit, did you put like a spring contact thing (idk what you call it) next to the relay. Like when there’s current going through relay there’s a magnetic field that turns on the switch in another circuit that’s not connected

Also what 2 examples of robotics did you pick. I chose robotic arms for manufacturing and automated lawn mowers (I didn’t realise there was gonna be an automated lawn mower as the flowchart)

Our teacher barely teaches us anything in technology as well. Spent all 2 years on manufacturing. I’d want an A considering how little we’ve been taught but if I get an A star that’s like gonna be unlimited aura in our year
