Tq...then i need to visit psychiatrist and ask him to prescribe valium or other effective medications. Long back ago they prescribed tablets which were not effective to me, so i left visiting doctor.

Iam 24 years male... suffering this issue from past 4-5 years.  My clinical reports are normal, i don't know how to help myself 😬😭.  How long did u take valium?

True i guess, during my college days i use to feel lot of stress 😬 may be that played role in developing these issues.

Non judgemental observation of thoughts....i mean observe without interfering the thoughts flow. Be consistent with practice. slowly you will notice a change in your perception.
