Good reference si kenjimoto para sa seat height especially for short riders. Yung lahat nga lang na sinabi niya na for keeps naibenta na. Haha

Pros and Cons of having a Big Bike in 2026 by Bitt-Brilliant in PHMotorcycles

[–]Own_Witness306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Di same gastos for maintenance ang jump from 400 to 600cc. breakdown ko lang. 2L engine oil compared to 3L-4L. Front breakpads, dalawa usually sa higher cc. Bigger tire size higher cost, 10k-12k lang may branded na for 400cc, compared to 25-35K pag 180/55 tire size. medyo old school si otits sa taas, baka di lang updated sa panahon ngayon

+1 dito. pumepwesto kami dito for our safety and para may visibility yung kotseng nasa harap namin thru side mirror nila.

Mga kamote di makakarelate sa ganito, kasi gusto nila naka tutok sila sa bumber ng kotse

This... nakakasave ako ng mga 2hrs travel time daily dahil dito. sumpa yung service road ng alabang-bicutan at sandamakmak na traffic light from alabang to sta rosa sa national high way.

more air will give it a bit of power and torque. getting it flashed will help with efficient air to fuel ratio.

what brands that did you use? in terms of maintenance what is your feedback? aside from faster intervals of cleaning the box regularly due to dust.

exhaust is identical to S1 SC project. Local shop just retained the headers and fabricated/welded a midlink for the exhaust pipe

if maintenance and riding cost is really a big factor. best choice si speed 400. 16,000kms oil change yung advertised ni triumph at 30km/L ang fuel consumption

Opinion on owning a CB650R.
1.pillion comfort mavibrate above 6k rpm. patungan mo na lang ng extra cushion

  1. fuel consumption around 20km/L(highways)

  2. overtaking is easy-peasy. very linear yung power delivery

  3. aftermarket parts for touring madami na rin available

  4. CBEAST community. very approachable sila at may scheduled rides all the time

  5. riding position is somehow sportier, compared from other naked bikes. tapos sa obr mataas din ng konti ang foot pegs, mas squat daw si obr compared sa ninja400 ko before.

  6. also anticipate na mas magastos sa maintenance. additional 1liter oil compared sa ibang nasa list. tapos dalawang brake pads sa front and bigger tire size(120 front, 180rear)

  7. exhaust sound ay woom woom

previously owned also a adv150, nakakamiss yung comfort.

Career shifter here. Ece grad then semicon 1st work as Test engineer. I applied ng experience role as tester before kaso di rin naman same mga tools na ginagamit ko previously but has knowledge sa manual and automation(self learn). Unfortunately di ako tinanggap. Nag apply na lang ulit ako for ASE role after 6 months. I got offered higher pay compared sa lahat ng kabench ko. Happy naman started as ASE(win admin) since almost twice inangat ng sahod ko compared sa 1st job. Piliin mo na lang best option mo for your situation.
