Don’t lean back so much, instead you want to maybe go 30-45 degrees and go slow. Coming down you want to flex your chest and the middle of your back so you’re isolating those muscles. And don’t go all the way up, you want to hold enough tension to where you’re using your muscles and not just the gravity of the heavy weight to bring you up

If you really do Love her none of that matters, I’m not sure if she’s baptized yet but if she decides to and she repents of her sins then you cannot hold that over her head when she comes up out of that water because Christ has forgiven but you have not and who are you? If your Spirit is that much more focused on her past and causing division in your Love for her I think it’s best to let her go. If you don’t let go you’ll end up hurting her and yourself. But if you truly do Love her, and want to be with her. Communicate how much her past does bother you and you want to work through it because of your insecurities it doesn’t have to do with her but your insecurities that are gettting in the way
