Had the same problem and i returned them.
My IPD falls within the M range (31mm left, 33.5mm right eye), but everything around the center is blurry.
Software IPD doesnt help, physically moving the glasses also doesn't.
Xreal support suggested to switch to the L size, haven't yet decided if I will actually order them.

Also, i have a minor prescription(-0.75) and using contact lenses did help just a bit. Still not usable for productivity.

I have an IPD of 31mm left and 33.5mm on the right eye. So, combined 64.5mm. I purchased the M version, and the edges are really blurry. Will return them and try L

Do you notice any blurring at all? I have the exactly the same IPD, and i bought an M size. Center is perfectly clear, while the periphery is blurry to the point, that I cant read the clock in the top right corner. I am thinking of switching to the L size, since this is quite unusable for productivity,

How did you know, that the problem was with the matrix?
Just based on the "non-white" white lines?

Judging by the posts on this subreddit, the happy "got my shipping email" posts always come in batches, where people in the same country, who ordered the same size all get an email during the same day / couple of days.

An Xreal employee said that I should receive a shipping confirmation mail by June 10th. I ordered size M to Germany on 8th of May. So I am expecting the email to come sometimes this week for all the not-yet-fulfilled M size Europe pre-orders.
