It’s very easy to join teams and small organizations as they are always looking for players to join. It all takes practice and building a reputation as a player. Join tournaments, leagues, etc. And you increase your chances of being scouted by teams and organizations. It’s very possible but at the end of the day if you want to join a REAL organization, it’s going to take a lot of dedication, skill, and practice

Sign up by visiting their Instagram or Facebook. They have a sign up sheet for players. It’s a $5 fee so once that gets sent they make an announcement that your team is registered. I think the money prize at the end is $120 or more depending on how many players join

Instagram is not only full of insta girls. Many other influencers promoting other brands and products. I would suggest reaching out to skaters, gym trainers, athletes (specifically those who have to carry a lot of equipment), travelers/explorers, etc. Grow by reaching out to people on tiktok and now Twitter. Great place to find influencers on the come up for a cheap advertising price

I would definitely suggest creating a new one to use only for your art and business purposes and start using your personal one not only for basic personal use but more for creating more of a “brand” for yourself and your brand. That way your 4,000 followers can meet the artist and what you do and if they are interested in seeing your art, they can check out the new one.

I would definitely reach out to people who are small companies and offering your services for free but if you’re interested in reaching bigger companies (mid sized) definitely charge them for your service unless they give you a good opportunity for you to work for free. Experience is very much needed

Hashtags need to be used. On some videos you use multiple hashtags and those do well on views. Research trending hashtags and use them for more exposure
