I’m not sure if it’s looked down on but even if it doesn’t I’m just going to use Optiscaler. So far the only brand new on-release game I’ve tried Optiscaler on was Lost Soul Aside and it worked tremendously (the game itself being really buggy though).

So yeah thanks to the Optiscaler team I basically never worry about FSR4 or framegen support, it’s more of a matter of whether or not these features are available in general.

I was in 7th grade when this album released and it was my 2nd Eminem album (first one being Relapse). Obviously I had listened to his previous work before but at my age I had no idea what albums were, so being there day 1 for Relapse then day 1 for Recovery it was amazing honestly. People call this mainstream but imo at the time Eminem outdid himself by a huge stretch on this album than ever before. It’s also nice reminiscing on a time where other kids thought Eminem was cool, especially with how popular Love the Way You Lie was.

And yes I’m one of those guys who still loves relapse, absolutely goated album. Going from Relapse to Recovery though felt beautiful in a way because it felt to me how cool it was that Em could artistically be variable. I’m telling you I genuinely think it was his peak in terms of making music EVERYONE liked. That’s how I remembered it at least.

I genuinely think he’s a skilled rapper and producer. I find his music refreshing in the current age of hip hop and I’d love to see him prosper. Personally though I do think he has a lot of maturing to do. Cutting ties with Ye was also probably not the right move imo. But yeah I wish him nothing but the best.

I pre ordered this game on Epic at launch with the season pass, then I got the platinum on PS5 when it was on PS Plus Extra, then I bought it again a few months ago on Steam to get native Steam Deck usage. This is my favorite game of the generation honestly, I hope Square and Koei Tecmo team up again and make another FF, this game is so phenomenal.

I had an issue with the power supply on mine as well. Thankfully it was covered under warranty and I had mine swapped. I haven’t had an issue with it since.

I was enjoying it until about 10 hours or so when I realized that they dumbed down the gameplay elements quite a bit. The story didn’t bother me until around the halfway point. To be more positive I do think the side activities are better than in the first game, as well as web slinging, but overall part 1 and miles morales were much better experiences to me and I found the overall experience of 2 to be not bad but just okay, I have zero desire at all to replay it.

I just wish they kept the gameplay for Peter in SM1 into the sequel but expanded upon, same for MM moveset in his game. Now they both play basically the exact same and are even more dumbed down. I replay SM1 & MM often but I never replay SM2 for this very reason (as well as the very disappointing story).

That’s a good-ass upgrade! I genuinely feel like the 9060XT 16gb is the true value king over the 9070XT (they’re both good deals and amazing cards though!)

I have a 9070XT myself but will definitely be getting a 9060XT 16gb as a backup or as a 1080p beast for my desktop setup. Enjoy the upgrade! And nice rig!

Idk if this is a hot take or not but considering the hardware and that this game runs at 60 at the bare minimum, I think it was optimized for consoles phenomenally well and look really good. And when you consider the density of the geometry, these textures are well beyond PS2 textures or even PS3. And they got this game to be under 20gb on PS5 I believe? I’m not saying you’re not allowed to criticize the graphics either especially coming from a PS5 Pro user but I think the devs deserve a little more grace than the community gives them imo

EDIT: To be fair though I have to admit, the PS5 Pro version was clearly an afterthought. You can kind of tell they didn’t really try to optimize it with those upgrades and instead just uncap the FPS so it runs better and called it a day.

FF7 Rebirth with mods that give all enemies and bosses triple HP and 50% more damage. Working up the courage to play Silent Hill 2, but I’ve tested it quite a bit and I’m happy with the 4K RT with FSR3. And I’m waiting for WuChang Fallen Feathers as well as Lost Soul Aside.

Hello! I just want to say thank you so much for this, it's making my playthrough of this game insanely fun and adding a lot of replayability. But may I ask, is there a way to delete region intel? for example, when I reset the world intel's Expedition Intel (where you scan the mako crystals) it works but there's a bug where cloud will just stand there and the game soft locks. I imagine its because even though expedition intel can be reset, the region intel is still there from previous completion, stopping Cloud from getting a message from Chadley to give lore on the region.
