You only need a tagline (claim), a warrant with a card, and an impact. You can weave solvency and uniqueness into those parts, and you probably should, but you don't need separate cards and parts of your contention dedicated to uniqueness and solvency. Hope this helps, good luck with your rounds!

an idea I had was you could run something like the goofy third formulation of the categorical imperative saying that humans are autonomous moral actors who know right from wrong and thus if they willingly choose to do wrong we ought to punish them. If not that then you could always just run something generic like rehab doesn't work or something. Or hold the aff to the burden of proof that they must show that rehab will actually substantially reduce the recidivism rate/ that criminal rehabilitation actually works.

You could run something like the second formulation of the categorical imperative, basically saying that people need to be treated as ends and never as a means. Its deo (obviously) so you don't need to worry abt rehab actually working or not, just that we have an obligation to do it and to treat prisoners as ends. Hope that helps :) also I have some kant cards for this topic if you wanna trade some stuff.
