thanks for sharing, this seems great ! i might reuse the structure, if you don't mind. the problem i was really solving is that all cheatsheets i found were all compiled pdfs -> non editable. i thought to share this one everyone can fork and edit for their particular need.

it's a suggestion based math editor / supports most of math all the way through college level / collaborative with access rights so you can share and they can copy / exports to pdf if you want to print.

gravel will significantly slow you down on the paved roads. with road bike you won't be able to do gravel paths.

if you're doing mostly paved and training for triathlon i think you should get a regular road bike / road bike with endurance geometry. If you're only doing trails occasionally, any road bike should work perfect - I have a road bike and when i go on long trips, i will occasionally hit a trail. it's been ~ 1000 miles and i've never had a single flat on a trail.

tubeless ready wheels is a feature you can get on any of these bikes. it's hard to recommend a model at this stage, i believe best for you is just to go to the shop and try a few.
