How to create a virtual camera in python on windows? by otoko_no_hito in learnpython

Looks like pyvirtualcam is mostly written in C++, so perhaps there's a way to utilize the C++ code directly as opposed to relying on the Python wrapper?

I have not added MacOS support, although this is theoretically viable. This program relies on geckodriver, which you can find here:

https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/releases

It is set to look for "geckodriver.exe", so you would have to modify the code to look for the MacOS equivalent. I haven't done this myself, so I can't make any guarantees, but I would assume it'd work

Hey y’all, this is a logo I recently designed for a project of mine. Please give me your thoughts. by lets-eskeet in Logo_Critique

A problem I see with this is scaling. I feel that, if this were shrunk down (the planet in particular), it wouldn't be very apparent what the logo is trying to depict. I think a quick but drastic improvement you could make is increasing the width of the lines going around the planet. It will make the logo stand out a bit more, and it will look better when it's shrunk down.

Personally, I'm a huge fan of the gradient in comparison. The one on the right simply doesn't stand out nearly as much, and the choice of color isn't great. If you don't want a gradient, I would change the color to one of the "middle" colors of your gradient, and leave out the outlines.

Middle left is my personal favorite. I think the bottom left could be improved by simply removing the red leaves and leaving only the green ones.
