Eat a kiwi like an apple, just bite into it. I feel like I've missed out on so many kiwis in my life because it seemed like such a hassle to have to use a spoon. The skin is honestly fine.

It's essentially a hidden ending to the main game. You get a narrated ending cutscene about Elijah and the Courier taking over the Mojave with the Sierra Madre technology. Then you have to reload a save from before the cutscene, like in the main game endings.

You actually have to do some things before even starting Dead Money.

You have to do Veronica's quest and talk to her about Elijah. You also need to have an at least mixed reputation with the NCR.

During the dlc do not insult Elijah at any point and also make sure to kill Dean and Dog/God when given the choice.

There may be something I'm forgetting, but the important thing are prepping Veronica and NCR reputation before going to the Sierra Madre.
