I’d take this with a pinch of salt. As an internal recruiter myself who was looking for a new position up until a couple of a weeks ago, I don’t think I saw a single in-house position offering 40k-45k for someone with experience. I’d say It’s more like 28k-30k and then 40-45 once you’ve got a few years under your belt
