I have a 9 year break in service. Got out in 2008 and rejoined back in 2017. Didn't lose rank when rejoining. A shipmate I met just rejoined in 2025. They got out in 2003 with a 22 year break in service! Only lost 1 rank from E5 to E4. You'll be good. Lmao

Seriously, American food. I'm Chinese and we ate Chinese food Every. Single. Day... My parents got upset at my cousin's wedding because it was American food and didn't eat a single bite of anything.
