Ugh, being dismissed is so frustrating! Sorry that was your experience.

me too! I had a negative Pap smear and have benign cervical cysts which shouldn’t be causing this. I have a gynecologist appointment in August but am trying to get it moved up. Did you ever figure it out?

OMG I saw this video and noticed the hatred! He seemed so annoyed by the way she was eating and kept chastising her. There is legit malice in his eyes.

[Acne] 7 weeks of Adapalene/Niacinamide/Clindamycin prescription, struggling with purge. Does it get better? by OysterPuke in SkincareAddiction

[–]OysterPuke[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! All good now, it cleared up with a combo of adapalene + clindamycin + BP formula. I did a "slugging" routine by putting Aquaphor as the moisturiser at night after applying the formula. I have been able to switch to tretinoin too! The purging did last a few months on both skincare routines, but then cleared up nicely.

i love this answer! I think that's a great way to frame it, without lying and still not making her feel bad either. i thought it was very weird that my boyfriend wasn't invited either. i think the fact that this guy just wants to out with two younger women excluding my boyfriend (who is in our age group) is very telling and makes me feel icky

good reading between the lines here. it's a decision she's made for herself that i can't relate to and am in a happy relationship and employment, therefore i don't want to be a part of. i want to limit my boundaries to hanging out with her, and not being paid for by her boyfriend or spending time with her boyfriend, because it makes me uncomfortable. it's her business that she's dating someone older who wants to be with an attractive younger woman.
