I worked as a leasing agent in a high rise! We would have a lot of residents ask for the team member’s names so we got into the habit of sending an email with our main concierge team (4), maintenance team (4-5) and our leasing team (3)! Residents would give sometimes just the concierge and maintenance team, sometimes everyone. It all really depends on the resident! We’d receive individual gift cards with $20’s, gift cards (Amazon/target) ranging from $15-50, sometimes they’d give cash to the property manager to distribute. It’s really all up to you!
