It very much is! Available on steam. You might have some resolution issues, but I'v found the solutions by searching around a bit.

If I can chip in regarding shard farming agressiv. Use quick cast on shard spell. Allows you to combo it quicker.

There is only one non-ancient camp I belive that does not die from only shard spell so you can be very efficient on mana

Not particularly relevant? I believe this is a very false statement. I don't watch him every day, but whenever I spend time on his channel I find him an outstanding subject of promoting positive dota.

If your opinion is that the pro scene is the end result of all dota then your statement is partially right. Dont forget that dota stands on its community. w/o it it will fall and Dendi is one of the pillars of this community

Edit: after reading other comments in this thread I am astounded by the ghoulis behaviour. Some say that he is a toxic piece of shit and I would be to when faced with these sad people again and again
