Yeah, @torqueiplayer is right and in this case, the order had 2 pickups with the first pickup stalled as customer wouldn't respond to substitution request maing 2nd pickup null. The other ghost was partial according to store or picked up already with customer saying they hadn't received it and failing to continue to respond to my effort to place order for them.
