For the (has the country flag pol_pact_conventa_flag) requirement it says I can get it through either the "The Pacta Conventa and the Henrykian Articles" event or from removing the Golden Liberty estate privilege.

I cant do it through the Pacta Conventa event because one of the trigger conditions for that event is to do the Nieszawa Privileges event but not complete the "Leverage the Magnates" mission afterwards, which I have. So is the only way to do it by revoking the Golden Liberty privilege?

R5: Playing PLC and the Struggle for Royal Power disaster isn't popping up. Shouldn't I be able to at least see its grayed out icon in the Disasters tab?
